Warmly, knowing that dad was brought up Catholic and mum attended Sunday school, we were brought up with good values. Throughout the years I grew more interested in it. Therefore, I chose to go to preparation sessions and eventually attend a confirmation service. My first time living in Penrith in Cumbria I attended St Andrews Church and that is the church the service was held. 

My dad and mum supported me and attended the service at a magical time of year, in the festive season of Christmas in 2012. It was a lovely day, having them there with me and with the frost on ground made it extra special. I feel very loved and blessed that he and mum came to an important event such as that for me :)
